Challenging Behaviors Are, Well… Challenging.
You Deserve Some Help
You’re Not Alone
A recent NCES survey found that over 50% of teachers who left the profession cited student behavior as a major contributing factor.
Behavior Plans Are Not Just for Special Education
Behavior plans are easy to make with the right help (that’s us!) and they work for all students. You simply identify the behavior you want to change, why the behavior is happening, and we take care of the rest.
Behavior Plans Work
Schools implementing behavior plans see an average 20% decrease in disciplinary referrals within the first year and a 60% decrease in negative behaviors.
How It Works
First, answer some quick questions about the child that will help our assistant determine the underlying function of the child’s behavior.
You can also send the survey to family members or other teachers to get extra details about why the behavior is happening.
Next, capture some data of when the behavior happens in the classroom. Our simple data observation form can be completed on a laptop or mobile device and takes less than 10 seconds to fill out.
Identify the replacement behavior you want to teach the child when they would traditionally demonstrate the target behavior. This helps our AI Assistant know what to build into the strategies it recommends.
Then, let our behavior plan AI assistant work its magic. Our AI assistant has been trained on the best practices of PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) to make recommendations that are aligned to the unique needs of each child. Once our AI assistant generates strategies, you can accept them, edit them, or ask the assistant to generate new strategies. You can even give it feedback about what to change when it generates new strategies to make them more aligned to your needs.
Lastly, our app makes it easy to set goals and organizes everything into an easy-to-read printable behavior plan that is ready to be used with no extra work.
